We currently found a lot of unauthorized fake sellers selling products claiming our brand INTER9ERS on the Internet, such as Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress, eBay, and various drop shipping websites and so forth.

Regarding only Amazon in various countries, we found more than 70 fake sellers all over the world, such as various marketplaces in North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa. We will do our best to fix this problem as soon as possible.

We hereby state that the INTER9ERS does not have any officially authorized 3rd party retail sellers, wholesale distributors, or drop shippers worldwide.

Hence, we do not and cannot provide any form of customer services or warranty for products purchased elsewhere except from our Amazon(US) Official & Direct Store, and we inform you that we are not legally responsible for all forms of financial losses and damages caused by the purchase of fake products.
